Compensation

  • Competitive salary for each role

Holiday

  • 25 days holiday a year, plus bank holidays - please use them all!
  • This increases to 28 days after two years, 29 days after your third year and rises to a total of 30 days after five complete years!

We're looking for experienced debt advisors to join our growing Quality Assurance Team as Technical Supervisors to ensure that the advice provided to our clients is accurate, effective and tailored to individuals’ circumstances.

Salary: £33,000 - £35,000

Salary: £27,000- £30,000 per annum, depending on experience

We are seeking a highly motivated Money Adviser to join our well-established Casework Team to provide debt support, money advice and financial capability as part of our contract with the Money Advice Service. It is an exciting role helping people, often those at greatest risk of vulnerability to maximise their income and minimise their expenditure. You will be joining a friendly, supportive and hardworking team to deliver excellent and successful money advice to everyone who lives, works or studies within the borough. Trainee Money Advice Caseworker - Citizens Advice Lewisham

Contract Type: Permanent
Working Hours: 35 hours per week (Full-Time)
Salary: £24,000 per annum

We are seeking a caseworker who is familiar with generalist advice and interested in training in debt and money advice. It is an exciting role helping people, often those at greatest risk of vulnerability to maximise their income and minimise their expenditure.

This involves seeing clients, assessing their needs and prioritising support. It is important that accurate records are maintained that meet agreed quality standards.

The caseworker plays a key role in a strong team of 10 specialist advisers working alongside a further 20 generalist advisers. We have contacts with relevant local agencies to ensure appropriate referrals when required.
